Ep 39: Emily Dietrich Coaching & Consulting

Emily Dietrich is the Founder of Emily Dietrich Coaching and Consulting and Co-Founder of Absolute Athlete Development. With 16 years of experience in Women's Health, Emily has supported women through some of the most exciting, challenging, and sobering moments they could ever imagine in their life and their health.

Emily is a Board-Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist and a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She was a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology at Michigan State University for 11 years.

Prior to establishing her own brand, Emily was a Partner in the largest, most sought after private OB GYN practice in West Michigan. She then went on to work as part of a large hospital group, hoping to find a more family friendly schedule. Emily went on to study at The Institute for Functional Medicine and became a Certified High Performance Coach through The High Performance Institute. Her own life experience and training resulted in a strong skill set with an insider's perspective that helps Overachievers become High Performers as they shift from feeling exhausted and overwhelmed to energized and efficient.

Because of her personal and professional experiences and training, she is inspired and grateful to work with women and health care professionals one-on-one and in groups to discover their true potential as they lead lives filled with health, happiness, meaning, and purpose.

This episode covers:

  • When we take good care of ourselves, the impact we can make on those around us is that much greater.
