Jodie has been in the business branding, marketing, and community leadership game for over 25 years.
After spending more than ten years in corporate life as the marketing leader for a medium-sized cable operator — growing sales, earning respect, and becoming a leader in her local community — things had fallen out of balance. With three small children and a husband with his own business at home, she was tired, stressed, and struggling to find the joy in life. As those closest to her put it, "fun Jodie" was gone. She needed to find that joy again without losing the financial stability her career had afforded.
In 2012, Jodie left her position and JMG Marketing was born. With JMG, she could achieve her dreams of serving the marketing needs of NH's Lakes Region businesses while being more present in her personal life. Since then, Jodie has worked with over 300 businesses.
Six years later, Jodie was empowered to begin working with a business coach and experienced firsthand the gift that coaching and mentorship afforded her in running her business. In exploring ways to more fully support her clients, Jodie began offering business coaching and mentorship as an extension of JMG Marketing — helping her clients think beyond just the advertising.
Then came the next chapter. After two years of design, planning, and forecasting, Jodie opened WORK Lakes Region in 2023 — the first coworking and event studio in the NH Lakes Region. At WORK, she hosts leadership development programs, community business connection events, and more. With expansion plans already underway in 2026, it's safe to say she's just getting started.
Jodie's passion is to help business owners achieve their dreams, whatever they may be. Nothing makes her tick like seeing a business succeed.
Outside the business world, Jodie is the proud mother of three ambitious young adults — including one daughter who is herself a thriving entrepreneur. (Aire Beauty & Wax Suite.) They call the Lakes Region home.
