Jodie has been in the business branding, marketing, and community leadership game for many years and with that experience, hunkered into her passion to help local business owners & leaders go from good to great. It is with this foundation, that she is so excited to bring you into a new realm of expansion, mindset development, coaching, support and strategy to build your personal and business brand your way.

Working with more than hundreds of Lakes Region businesses and leaders since 2012, Jodie is now bringing her secrets, strategies, systems, story, and inspiration to the table. Beyond JMG Marketing, she is an active owner in WORK Lakes Region, the areas first coworking & leadership focused event studio. So, to say the least, she has seen, strategized, and chatted with some of the area's key leaders.

Hi friends; since childhood, I’ve loved hosting parties and groups of all sizes. I learned this from my beloved Nana, who was the most remarkable host. Everyone who attended one of Nana’s gatherings walked away a better version of themselves than when they arrived.

As an adult, I developed my business and leadership skills even further while running my own business and multiple ventures with partners.

This life experience has led to a dream of combining my love of purposeful gatherings and small business leadership into a cohesive offering that’s community based. A place where we can make lasting connections to grow our businesses together and cheer each other on for years to come.

My Nana taught me, after raising 6 daughters ( can you imagine!?), that the people in the room with you matter, you are always welcome, and you always belong, even with your differences.

In this spirit, the Empowerment Recharge Retreat was created with careful consideration, at just the right time of year when we need it most.

What a wonderful reset this weekend was.

I had so much fun meeting some amazing women in my community and learning new self care techniques. As someone who is always helping others, I’ll admit that I often fall short on my own self care! This space allowed me to reflect on how much I have accomplished this year, rather than focus on all the things I haven’t accomplished yet. It also reinvigorated me to put more of my plans into action.
