A few years into business, I realized it felt more like my business was running me.
I was answering emails all of the time and always feeling "behind."
It felt like someone always needed something from me.
I was running between work and home, back and forth, to be with my family for important events and games, and then back to get things to clients, projects organized & support my team.
I found myself stressed out, burnt out, and wishing I could have just a couple of days where I didn't have to think about business and I could have a break.
I realized all I had done was give myself a job instead of a business.
I had a big vision for where I was headed next, that included launching a podcast, hosting LIVE sold out events, offering programs to help my clients scale and more recently, in 2023, I opened a new business (WORK Lakes Region - Coworking & Event Studio). We’ll use my proven Organize To Optimize 90-day planning system, to develop a focused road map that will get you the results you have been yearning for.
First we’ll look at how you are spending your time. And assess if the actions your taking are intentionally aligned to the outcome you desire.
Next we'll assess the support you have in your business. If you have team members, we'll go over what's working and what's not. And if you don't, we’ll take inventory of which tasks are draining your energy. And together, we'll define the roles you need to hire out and I'll support you in that process. It's time to stop doing it on your own.
From there, we'll talk through the 'hustle' mindset you've had for so long and shift it. It's time to stop rushing, fueled with scarcity and the fear that you don't have enough time. We'll regularly shift these beliefs, so that you can feel a sense of ease every day, and bring more intentionality and focus into your business tasks.
We'll also set clear revenue goals for you. Where do you want your business to be in 6 months or 12 months? Using my 20+ years in business background, I'll support you in getting clear on the next steps. Let's brainstorm new marketing angles, collaboration ideas, and other strategies together you may not have thought of on your own.

Business owners, entrepreneurs or lead decision makers in a local service based business or organization are who ElevatHer is designed for. So, if that is you, we ask that you only apply if you are ready to invest emotionally, strategically and financially in your vision. Additionally, you must be ready and willing to receive support and be willing to implement your strategy. How you commit and show up will lead to your results.

ElevatHer is designed to give you support and attention, while not overwhelming you. Plan to invest 6-8 live hours a month on average for high-level coaching, trainings and implementation sessions. Upon enrolling you will gain access to our ElevatHer Community portal where you will have private, non-distracted access to trending topics, resources, session replays, trainings and interactive community. However, we know that life happens, so be assured that all trainings and calls are recorded and saved in your portal each month for any time viewing.

All the classes and sessions will be live, and unless we have a hosted IRL event, each session will be recorded and stored in the ElevatHer Community Portal.

ElevatHer is a group program.
Our experience for the group aspect, this is actually where your expansion to growth and possibility arise. Learning and sharing in a group session is extremely impactful. It allows us to give and receive, and grow beyond our own challenges. As well, there will be weekly coaching sessions available for hot seat questions, and live office hours for added direct support as needed.
For 1:1 offerings, Jodie offers existing ElevatHer members add on options for discounted 1:1 sessions, as well as Voxer support as an a la carte option upon request.

We want to be the program, support, and resources you need for as long as you need. However, this is a minimum 6-month commitment per enrollment window. You are welcome to stay as long as you want. Renewal periods are welcome at a 6 month minimum.
